An Amber Alert out of Tennessee has been canceled after a seven-month old was found safe. According to ABC Columbia’s affiliate, WATE-TV in Knoxville, 7-month old Drake Boyd, was found in Miami, FL and taken into police custody Monday evening. A midlands teen accused in the murder of an elderly man will stay in jail.
Bond was denied for Jessie Lane.
Police say Lane beat 91-year-old Frances Rawl to death in his home last Tuesday. Another teen charged in connection with the case received a $150,000 bond. Cynthia Morrow is charged with accessory to burglary before the fact.
A third suspect, a 15-year-old boy, was also arrested last week and charged with murder in connection with Rawl’s death.

The Chicago-based U.S. nonprofit announced Monday that it is changing both its logo and name to ``the Y,'' marking its first branding change in 43 years.
